Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult content where you live. By using Spicy Studio you confirm that you are.

You're responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your login details safe.

Spicy Studio creates fictional people. Every model you create must be an adult who is clearly 21 or older.

You may not use Spicy Studio to create, or attempt to create:

• anyone who is, or appears to be, under 18, in any context;
• the likeness of a real, identifiable person, including celebrities, creators, public figures or anyone you know;
• sexual content involving non-consent, violence, incest, bestiality or anything illegal where you or the viewer live;
• content meant to deceive people into believing a model is a real person when that deception causes harm, such as scams or fraud.

We check prompts and references automatically and may refuse, remove or report content that breaks these rules, including reports to law enforcement where the law requires it.

You can add reference images by uploading them, dropping them in, or pasting a link to a social media post. Each time you add one, you promise that:

• you own the image, or have the permission of its owner to use it this way;
• anyone shown in it is an adult. Spicy Studio replaces them with your own fictional model and never copies their face;
• using it doesn't break copyright, privacy, publicity or any other rights, or the terms of the site it came from.

You give us a limited licence to store and process references only to provide Spicy Studio to you. References are used to guide pose, outfit, setting and style; they are never used to copy a real person's face. You are responsible for the references you add, and you agree to cover our costs if a claim arises because a promise above wasn't true.

As between you and us, you own the models and images you create, subject to these Terms and to any rights others hold in references you added. We may use them only to run, secure and improve Spicy Studio, and never in marketing without your permission.

Similar prompts can produce similar results for other people, so we can't promise that an image is unique.

When you publish anything made with Spicy Studio, you must follow that platform's rules, including its rules on AI-generated content and adult content, and label it as AI-generated wherever the platform or the law requires. Don't present a model as a real person to mislead fans, subscribers or customers.

Safe mode is designed for mainstream platforms; Spicy mode content belongs only on platforms that allow adult content.

Spicy Studio is sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions, and as one-time photo packs. There is no free tier. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Each plan includes a number of photos per month (a character sheet counts as one). Unused monthly photos don't roll over; yearly plans receive their photos month by month. Photos from one-time photo packs don't expire; without a subscription, packs include Spicy mode and one model. When an image fails or is refused, the photo is returned automatically.

You can change or cancel your plan anytime from Settings → Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

If you believe something made with Spicy Studio uses your image, your likeness or your copyrighted work, contact us at support@spicystudio.app with the details and we will review it promptly. Repeat infringers lose access.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can stop using Spicy Studio and delete your models at any time. To close your account and erase its data, email support@spicystudio.app from the address you signed up with.

Spicy Studio is provided “as is”. AI output can be unpredictable, and we don't promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; we'll tell you about important changes and may ask you to accept them again. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Questions: support@spicystudio.app.
